Implementing a safe, de-risked work environment for you and your staff

Our commitment is always to the safety and wellbeing of our clients, tenants and their teams who operate across our buildings. Which is why, from the very start of Covid-19, we developed an immediate strategy to support our clients who were remaining onsite and to develop a comprehensive de-risk strategy ready for returning to work. Alongside health and safety, COSH protection and the World Health Organisation (WHO), to consist of a range of tactics and protective working in the foreseeable future, including:

• Sanitised working environment. Extra cleaning and measures are implemented across centres, to include full sanitisation throughout, with emphasis across touchpoint and communal areas, above industry standards. Extra equipment and sanitiser to be available at entry and exit points as well as cleaning supplies on hand for communal items such as kettles and microwaves.
• Risk-assessments. New and updated risk assessment across sites to protect tenants, staff and contractors. For details please contact the team.
• Social distancing and information signage. Social distancing policies and signage, from the entry points across all our centres. This includes updating all our HSE procedures for the future to maximise social distancing and reduce chances of exposure.
• Continuing to offer flexible, low-risk office space for our clients across the board. Help provided to rearrange office spaces to adhere to social distancing guidelines and extra space offered for those that need it. As the centres are 24/7 and are self-contained, they provide a great space to allow for staggered working practices.
• Full office solutions provisions. As part of our network, we have pivoted our network to further support our clients with additional services and solutions to protect our clients against further impact, including information sharing and signposting to access funding and finance to Government schemes.
